Mr. Justine J. Mfugale is a Driver in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), University of Dar es Salaam since July 2024.

Mr. Justine Mfugale holds Advanced Driver’s certificate Grade Two – VIP from National Institute Of Transport (NIT). He has an experience in the driving field more than six years. During this time he worked with a number of organizations. He Worked as Driver at CHINA RAILWAYS SEVENTH GROUP, YAPI MERKEZ & Cereal And Other Produce Board Of Tanzania (CPB).
