Dr Christian Misobi Budoya has successfully defended his PhD in Computer Science on Wednesday 27th July 2021 at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, CoICT Kijitonyama campus. His thesis focuses on an instructional design-enabled Agile model for guiding the development of learning software. It is addressing the unavailability of learning software in developing countries due to the lack of appropriate software process models to overcome context-specific challenges associated with the development of learning software. Dr Budoya was supervised by Professor Joel Mtebe and Dr Mussa Kissaka.
